Flashback

Ravyn suffers from severe complex post-traumatic stress disorder (CPTSD) due to past events. There are days when he becomes so badly triggered that he experiences a full flashback. Depending on the nature of the flashback, he may either become extremely terrified or go into a full fight-or-flight response, which often results in him reacting aggressively.

It is not advisable to approach him during this fight-or-flight state, as he may fight back. The best course of action is to remain in the room with him but at a safe distance, ensuring he doesn't perceive you as a threat in that moment.

Having someone in the room is important because, during a flashback, Ravyn may also attempt to hurt himself. Your presence helps ensure that he doesn't harm himself while experiencing these intense feelings.
